These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the services provided by Melon D&D Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Services

We provide digital services including web development, design, branding and digital marketing. The scope, timeline, price and deliverables of any project are defined in a separate proposal or agreement signed with the client. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

2. Use of the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or related systems;
• interfere with the website’s operation, including by introducing malicious code;
• copy, scrape or reuse the website’s content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this website — texts, graphics, logos, images and code — belongs to Melon D&D Studio or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Portfolio works are shown with the permission of our clients and remain their property where agreed. Ownership of project deliverables passes to the client as set out in the project agreement.

4. Enquiries and quotes

Information submitted through the contact form is used to respond to your enquiry. Prices and estimates given before a signed agreement are indicative and not binding.

5. Limitation of liability

The website and its content are provided "as is". We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date but make no warranties about its completeness or suitability for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the website.

The website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
